Planned for release in Japan on September 15th, nothing has been announced for other regions (yet?). If you plan on picking this up, make sure you get it ASAP, because the first copies will also include a 130-page reprint of the Famicom Shinken strategy guides for Dragon Quest I to III, a real-life Mini Medal and a collection of art accessible on the disc.

Since there's a very well done fan made english version of SNES Dragon Quest I, II & III, maybe it's possible that we'll see at least an english version of this.
