LOL, u are wrong, unless you looked at the wrong wii specs, or your wii is different cause i see you live in a different country, cause in the US, we have 512 mb of space we could FULLY use, not just 256mb, here ill show you:

and here (the best part cause it states this: "Storage
Games downloaded from the Virtual Console library are stored in the Wii's built-in 512 MB flash memory." (You see, it is stored in the "512mb" of storage, nintendo would be crazy to just only include 256 mb for the wii, many games are as high as 50mb.
