Reppa contacted me to let me know about his new application, Homebrew Manager. This is an SD card management tool and is used to configure and manage your Wii Homebrew applications for use with the Homebrew Channel. For the next version, Reppa plans to add FTP support and auto download of new files so stay tuned for that.

How to create a new homebrew :

- Click on the Create button
- Choose a name for the homebrew, the SD card folder creation is automatic
- Select your new entry in the homebrew list
- click on the blank image to replace it, it will be automatically resized and saved as PNG on the SD card.
- Fill all the form fields
- Choose an ELF file, it will be automatically saved on the SD card.
- Click on the Validate button to apply your changes

Great Program!

I made a dutch translation for my (also) dutch site http://www.wii-media.nl that I want to share to you. I translated the config and help files.

Click here for the download file. All you have to do now is to click download.

For the work with bushing, Wiibrew talk recently about a homemade homebrew manager

See that : http://wiibrew.org/w/index.php?title=Homebrew_manager

Personnaly that would be great if i can help us, but i really think they don't need my help :) and they plan all that

I'll try to do a great manager, with a lot a little addition, to manage every file on the sd, like roms for emulator for exemple

And i would like to apologise for my poor english, i do my best :D

Now I also made a German translation. The help-file isn't a 100% good translation, but it will do.

This is a good breakthrough. Whats the size limit for usb devices on the Wii anyways? Is it 2gb like the SD Card? Still, having a 4gb USB Stick filled with WAD's so you can waste all that space on Roms for the SD Card is nice.

I don't think any USB devices are too large for the wii at the moment.

2GB is the limit for standard SD cards. You can use a 32GB SDHC SD card in the wii fine.
