An interesting picture just surfaced on Team fail0verflow's twitter account:
"The Wii U is a system we can all enjoy together" - Reggie Fils-Aime
Seeing that the WiiU Game Pad is not available in vWii, I think it's pretty obvious what this entails. There's no information about the hack and whether or not it will lead to any future releases, but my oh my, is this a teaser! fail0verflow, previously known for their PS3 exploits which revolutionized the Sony scene is a pretty reliable source, to say the least.
Are we going to enjoy WiiU Homebrew sooner than we all expected? Here's for hoping that we will! Will this scare potential developers away? Let's hope it doesn't.
Discuss!

That's cool, but isn't it possible that this is just an image they're viewing in the browser? (I haven't used a Wii U yet so I really haven't got a clue.)
Of course, it's fail0verflow so it's probably real, but a skeptical attitude is a good attitude nonetheless.

It could be an image in the browser, but fail0verflow as a team has too much to lose if they were to "cheat the scene over" like this. Moreover, they have been quite consistent in leaking WiiU information for the past few weeks, posting various keys they extracted from the system. They were working on it for quite some time now and have previously stated that its security appears to be very poor.

As I said on a different forum, the world can't end on the 21st - that's the day Mortal Kombat rolls onto PS+. That automatically cancels the end of the world.
