Starfall is ancient. Priiloader is simple to install, read more about it here:

This does not yet work with the latest HBC (There was apparently a beta update available from within the app which works). You can alternatively use a hex edited preloader which I made to load the latest version of the HBC (You should update that aswell really while you are in the mood).
